BBQ GRILLS and YOU!



It has once again become a major concern that residents are using
BBQ grills on their patios and balconies.  We MUST remind everyone
that Altamonte Springs Fire Codes prohibit the use of BBQ grills.
This is a serious hazard, especially considering the wood-frame
construction of our buildings and could result in serious fines
from the Fire Marshall. 

Please restrict all grilling to the community grills.

Watch for new community grills to be installed soon! ! 

OFFICE HOURS
The Association Office is open Monday thru Friday
from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.  At times during the day, the office may
be closed while the Association Manager is out on the property.

For best results, please feel free to make an appointment.
